Designated Driver
John has been with BBS since the beginning and covers all aspects of the business, hence his title of Designated Driver. Originally from Austin, Texas he found himself in China in 2007 and has since embraced the culture, language, and business environment. He has designed and installed equipment in over 10 countries and is armed with a plethora of knowledge to help you setup or expand your brewery.
Beergineer
Harry has been with BBS since the beginning and is the local Beergineer. Having studied at Brewlab in the UK he has a good grasp of all aspects of the brewing process. Originally from London, England he worked his way to China in 2010 and has a good command of the business environment and language. He is always eager to commission a new brewery and help clients make quality beers.
Search & Rescue
Dave has more than 24 years of experience in the industry. Originally from Staffordshire, he is a decorated graduate of the University of Ballarat Brewing School under Pete Aldred. Dave started brewing with Allied UK in 1995 and has built and revamped more than a fair share of breweries in the UK, AUS, Fiji and Hong Kong as well as brewed multiple award winning beers for multiple breweries.
